Before The Light, LLC was founded by Theresa Mikolajewski, a Certified Life Coach and Certified Parent Coach with more than 30 years of experience supporting children and families. Her background includes home-based coaching, early childhood services, parent education, and supervised visitation. Theresa brings a warm, practical, and encouraging approach to helping individuals and families build confidence, strengthen connections, and take meaningful steps forward.
